The project envisages the creation of a world-class scientific and technological center with opportunities for the development of science and business in a preserved natural landscape.

As well as the formation of an innovative ecosystem – an infrastructure for high-tech business, science-intensive companies and a mechanism for attracting venture capital investments.

The Innovation Cluster will help turn business ideas into successful products through change agents and create an enabling environment with extensive public spaces of the Work.Live.Play.Learn model, including:

• coworking spaces;
• meeting point;
• a cafe;
• pop-up modules;
• lofts;
• conference rooms united by comfortable galleries in a barrier-free environment.

The main task of forming a new IT cluster is to develop promising high-tech areas, such as quantum technologies, neurotechnologies and artificial intelligence, distributed registry systems, robotics and sensors, virtual and augmented reality technologies, wireless communication technologies and new materials. It is planned to create campuses for domestic and foreign IT companies.

The area of the IT cluster with objects of innovative activity will be 128,000 m2
